The Board of Directors, in accordance with the Articles of Incorporation and its Bylaws manages KDN affairs. Directors must be active members of KDN, in good standing and over the age of 18. Principal Officers of the KDN are the President, Immediate Past President, President-Elect, Secretary, and Treasurer. Officers are elected by KDN membership.
