2008 marks the 10th anniversary of Diabetes Day at the Capitol, an annual event  to educate Kentucky's decision makers and publicly recognize those who have made an impact on diabetes prevention and control in the past. This year's event is on Thursday, February 12, 2009, from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm in the Capitol Annex building behind the State Capitol building. Due to space limitations, this year we will be conducting two training sessions, one at 8:30 a.m. and another at 10:00 a.m. Following the training, participants will have the opportunity to meet with their legislators. Please join us at this important event.
