Collaborate and advocate for the prevention, care, control, and cure of diabetes.

Our Vision:

Kentucky will have lower rates of diabetes and related complications.

Our Goals:

• Increase the recognition of diabetes as a serious disease.

• Prevent or delay the onset of type 2 diabetes.

• Prevent or delay the onset of diabetes related complications.

• Improve access to quality medical care and education for individuals with or at risk for diabetes.

• Reduce diabetes-related health inequities.

• Promote funding and research for the prevention, control, care, and cure of diabetes.

• Advocate and foster changes in policies and plans which impact people with or at risk for diabetes.

• Promote the mission, vision, and goals of KDN.

KDN, Inc.is a statewide partnership of Kentucky organizations, associations, and individuals who have a professional or personal connection with diabetes.
